Chase - The Keyholding Company

CHASE is a mobile app built by The Keyholding Company, used by its Service Partner network to complete jobs in real-time, capturing comprehensive evidence that we surface to our clients through our Smart Security Platform.

Using bespoke job workflows, we guide our security officers to complete the right tasks at the right time, whilst ensuring they have the property information to-hand.

We use the latest technology, like geofencing to capture attendance times, and Bluetooth to operate our smart locks for keyless access.

The app can also be used offline, so information can be captured regardless of a stable internet connection.
